the Shaniko Collection
Toward the end of the Oregon Outback route, at the top of an 8-mile climb, there's a town called Shaniko. Once known as the "Wool Capital of the World," Shaniko is now considered a ghost town. It is home to Goldie's Ice Cream Shop, relics of the Old West, and some really special people.
This place and its wind, dust, rust, ice cream, color and charm affected the latest collection of Makeshifter products: built for utility and pleasure, for dust and rain, of timeless waxed canvas & wool.
